The 2009 Face Off For Ace was held on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at the Radisson Hotel in Boston, MA. The Silent Auction & Reception began at 6:00 pm followed by dinner.

This year's 2009 Ace Bailey Good Guy Award recipient was Bob Sweeney, former Boston Bruin and current Director of Development for the Boston Bruins Foundation. The Ace Bailey Children's Foundation Got Skills Awards for the Boston area were also be presented.

Gordon Kluzak and Bernie Corbett served as the Masters of Ceremony. Celebrity guests included Boston Bruins Alumni, the President of the American Hockey League and numerous Bean Pot Coaches and Olympians.
